About Central West Roof Anchors
Central West Roof Anchors installs compliant height safety systems for commercial and industrial buildings across Western and Central West NSW. Every job is handled personally by Jake Voican.
A Business You Can Rely On
Jake Voican started Central West Roof Anchors after seeing the same problems repeated across rooftops throughout the region. Rope tie-offs around vent pipes. Eyebolts with no backing plates. Workers on steep pitches with no anchor points at all.His background in Advanced Rigging gave him a different perspective on height safety. With 25 years of crane and rigging experience, Jake understands how forces transfer through a structure and what it actually takes to anchor into it safely. That knowledge goes well beyond the standard height safety certification. For most of the past decade, Central West Roof Anchors was the only specialist operating west of the Blue Mountains. The business services commercial, industrial, and public sector facilities across Orange, Bathurst, Dubbo, Tamworth, Muswellbrook, Singleton, and surrounding areas.Every site assessment, layout, installation, and certification is done by Jake directly. No subcontractors. No handoffs. The same person who quotes the job installs it.
